Short answer: Right now? Sell first.🪧
Of course there could always be exceptions to this based on someone’s circumstances but as a general rule: When days on Market go up, prices are unknown and inventory goes up as well, it’s always best to sell to know what your numbers are. You want to be sure you are “safe” with having your home sold and being confident with knowing what you sold for. Plus, with lots of inventory to chose from, you will never be stuck to settle on a home. 🏡
