Are you a corporate/commercial law clerk looking for a rewarding and challenging opportunity to work in a small-firm environment? Do you have experience with incorporations, reorganizations, asset and share transactions, and corporate minute books? Do you enjoy working directly with clients and collaborating with other professionals? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are a small but busy law firm in Orleans, Ontario, providing quality legal services to our corporate and commercial clients. You will work under the direct guidance of a senior lawyer who has over 19 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. You will support the lawyer's practice by preparing and reviewing documents in support of commercial transactions, conducting searches and filings, incorporating and re-organizing companies, maintaining and updating corporate Minute Books, and providing clerical and administrative support. You will also act as a liaison with outside real estate clerks in support of the lawyer’s real estate practice.
