Note to realtors: please do not schedule all real estate deals to close on 15th and 30th of each month, or all on Fridays. It is becoming a real issue affecting electronic registration. LTSA the land title and survey authority was down all day yesterday and seems to still be having issues. It makes our job as lawyers and conveyancers really difficult if we cannot view our packages or register on the closing date because LTSA is overrun. Thank you for understanding.
