A Meaningful Step Forward for Oakville, officially I filed my nomination for Mayor of the Town of Oakville Today.
Oakville is at a breaking point. For too long, our concerns have been met with business as usual while the quality of life in our town slips away. Today, I officially filed my nomination for Mayor of the Town of Oakville because it’s time to stop talking and start working for the residents who actually live here.
I am running because I hear your frustrations every single day. I am tackling the Oakville Pain Points head-on:
The Cost of Living Crisis: Property taxes are climbing while our take-home pay stays the same. We need fiscal accountability, not endless spending on vanity projects.
Unchecked Overdevelopment: Our neighborhoods are being swallowed by high density builds that ignore our infrastructure, stripping away the unique character of our town.
Gridlock & Traffic: We are spending more time stuck on Trafalgar or the QEW than with our families. Our transit and road planning are decades behind.
Safety & Security: We have seen a rise in local crime and auto thefts that has left many feeling unsettled in their own driveways. It's time to prioritize community safety.
To My Team & Endorsers: Those who have already stepped up to support this campaign: Thank you. You have put in the grueling hours because you know what is at stake. You are not just a campaign team, you are the voice of a community that refuses to be ignored any longer.
Oakville does NOT need another politician to hide things behind the closed doors, it needs a champion with transparency.
