A shoutout to all the front desk teams who quietly make our jobs a bit easier.
We recently arrived for a showing (and subsequent sale) and no key fob had been left for us. Not ideal.
The front desk manager didnt miss a beat. Let us in, showed my clients and I all the amenities, and answered every question we had about the building.
It’s a good reminder that so much of what we do depends on people behind the scenes. Concierge, front desk, property managers, cleaners, office admin. You keep things running and you don’t always get the credit.
