Randy brings an impressive 37 years of real estate experience to 460 Realty. Over the span of his career, Randy has established himself as a well-known and respected authority in the real estate industry, someone to whom his peers continually come for guidance. Randy built a thriving business as general manager of an independent brokerage servicing Vancouver Island and B.C.’s Sunshine Coast. Under Randy’s advisement, that brokerage expanded from one office to 12, and from 33 salespeople to 250. A pillar of the real estate community, Randy has held positions as director of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB) and the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA). Today, he serves as a director of the Board for the BC Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Corporation (REEOIC). All of these accolades aside, Randy’s true value has always been his exceptional ability to listen, solve problems and motivate the good people he surrounds himself with. David Robinson, Co-Founder
David has built deep expertise in every facet of this business – from finance, to portfolio management, to construction management and development management – in large and demanding markets throughout North America. He’s garnered a solid reputation for delivering exceptional results in every major project type, including complex commercial projects and residential, mixed-use, and assisted-living projects and communities. Prior to 460, David co-founded Landsight Group in Vancouver – a real estate investment firm where he guided strategic planning, operations, investor relations, deal structuring, and a host of other variables – a true end-to-end, 360-degree view of this industry. He was resolved to return to Vancouver Island. David is a natural leader, committed to bringing out the best in everyone who surrounds him.
