We’re seeing a bit of a shift across Vancouver Island. Sales are down about 12% from last year, but inventory is creeping up, which means buyers finally have more options (and a little more breathing room).

Single family homes are still doing well, with a solid jump from March. Townhomes are following suit, while condos have slowed down a bit.
