The April market update is in… and things are getting interesting 👀

We’re seeing a bit of a shift across Vancouver Island. Sales are down about 12% from last year, but inventory is creeping up, which means buyers finally have more options (and a little more breathing room).

Single family homes are still doing well, with a solid jump from March. Townhomes are following suit, while condos have slowed down a bit.

So what’s the takeaway?
The market isn’t crazy like it was… but it’s not quiet either. It’s just more balanced. And in this kind of market, strategy matters more than ever.
