The April market stats are out and there are definitely a few interesting shifts happening here in the Oceanside area.
Single family homes are still moving steadily, with sales up slightly from March, although prices dipped a bit month over month. Condos and townhomes saw a noticeable jump in activity, which tells me more buyers are getting back out there and exploring different options as we move further into spring.
Every spring market has its own personality and this one feels a little more active and balanced so far. If you’ve been thinking about making a move, downsizing, or just wondering what your home might be worth in today’s market, I’m always happy to have a conversation.
