Sarah E. Allan is originally from Vancouver, BC. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Montreal at Concordia University (2007), and attended UBC Law (2011), completing a specialization in Social Justice and the Law, and spending a term with the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic. Sarah was called to the bar in September 2012 and joined Warsh Law in July 2018. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch. Sarah is a volunteer lawyer with Access Pro Bono Society of BC, and is the President of the Board of Directors of Parent Support Services Society of BC. She is a skilled legal researcher with experience in family law, will drafting, and poverty law issues. Sarah believes a lawyer’s role includes ensuring her clients are informed and understand the law, and to offer a range of creative solutions to help them move forward. Sarah has two small children and enjoys spending time with her family exploring Vancouver Island’s forests, lakes, and beaches.
