🚨 ImmigCanada Immigration Consulting Firm is Growing! 🚨
We are currently seeking a Licensed Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team. We welcome applications from both experienced consultants and newly licensed RCICs looking to launch their careers in immigration consulting.
About the Role:
As an Immigration Consultant, you will work directly with clients and employers, providing professional immigration advice and managing applications from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct immigration consultations and eligibility assessments
✅ Develop immigration strategies and provide professional advice on temporary and permanent residence pathways
✅ Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications
✅ Draft submission letters, legal representations, and responses to procedural fairness letters
✅ Communicate with clients, employers, government agencies, and other stakeholders
✅ Monitor application progress and maintain accurate case records
✅ Stay current with changes to immigration legislation, policies, and program requirements
✅ Ensure compliance with CICC regulations, professional standards, and ethical obligations
✅ Support employer clients with workforce mobility solutions and immigration planning
Qualifications:
✔ Active RCIC license and membership in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and file management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
✔ Professional, client-focused, and solution-oriented approach
✔ French language skills are an asset but not required
