U.S. employer opportunities do not all follow the same filing schedule, and the opportunities open today will not necessarily be open later.

Assessment, consultation, engagement and matching each take time. Starting the clock later does not make the process shorter.

And getting assessed does not commit you to proceed. It gives you the information you need to decide properly.

Before you ask for the U.S. job list, consider this.

The best-looking job on paper is often not the job that fits your qualifications, your experience, or your immigration situation.

Requirements differ by position. Filing schedules differ by employer. And the opportunities open today are not necessarily the ones open next quarter.

So for U.S. EB-3 we work the other way around: assessment first, matching second. It protects your time as much as ours.

PERM. I-140. Priority date. Visa Bulletin. Ang daming terms — so let me simplify it.

U.S. EB-3 is easiest to understand as a multi-stage employment-based immigration process, not as job placement.

Broadly: a labour certification stage, then an immigrant petition, then priority date and immigrant visa availability. Each stage has its own requirements and its own timing.

You don't need to master the terminology to begin. You need to know whether the pathway fits your situation.

OFW ka na for years? Eventually, one question replaces all the others.

Ilang contracts na ang natapos mo? Ilang renewals? Maybe you've changed employers, or even countries. There is nothing wrong with any of that.

But at some point the question stops being "What is my next contract?" and becomes "Is there a pathway to something more permanent?"

U.S. EB-3 is worth understanding if permanent residence in the United States is part of your long-term plan — not just another temporary posting.

Your first reaction matters less than your second one. These are real U.S. jobs — you must be genuinely willing and able to do the work.

If you're asking whether a U.S. EB-3 offer is legitimate — good. Keep asking that question.

Be very careful with anyone promising a guaranteed U.S. Green Card, guaranteed visa approval, or immediate departure to America. Those promises cannot be made honestly by anyone.

A genuine EB-3 process has a real U.S. employer, a real permanent position, and several immigration stages that take time.

U.S. EB-3 is much bigger than caregiving.

Marami ang akala na caregiving lang ang EB-3. Pero ang EB-3 ay isang immigrant visa category — hindi isang trabaho. Ang hinahabol nito ay permanent residence, at ang trabaho ang daan papunta doon.

Kaya kung hindi ka caregiver, hindi ibig sabihin na wala kang pwedeng puntahan dito. Ang mas mahalagang tanong: pasok ka ba sa isang employer-sponsored permanent residence pathway?

Permanent residence first. Occupation second.
