Nous sommes fiers de souligner qu’un jugement favorable a été rendu le 27 juillet 2026 par la Cour du Québec dans un dossier où notre firme représentait une succession dans un litige contre Revenu Québec.
Le Tribunal a donné raison à notre cliente concernant l’application d’une méthode alternative de reconstitution du revenu dans un contexte de fluctuations de taux de change. Cette décision entraîne une réduction considérable du revenu attribué au défunt pour l’année d’imposition en litige.

A Significant Victory in Tax Litigation
We are proud to highlight a favorable judgment rendered by the Court of Québec on July 27, 2026, in a case where our firm represented an estate in a dispute with Revenu Québec.
The Court ruled in favor of our client regarding the application of an alternative income reconstruction method in a context involving exchange rate fluctuations. This decision results in a substantial reduction of the income attributed to the deceased for the taxation year under dispute.
