بيان توضيحي هام بشأن ما يتم تداوله عبر المواقع الإلكترونية التي تدّعي تقديم خدمات تتعلق بالقنصلية السورية.

تابع المجلس الكندي السوري (CSB) ما يتم تداوله مؤخرًا حول أحد المواقع الإلكترونية الذي يدّعي تقديم خدمات أو معلومات تتعلق بالقنصلية السورية في مونتريال.

وبعد التواصل المباشر مع وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين في الجمهورية العربية السورية، أكدت الوزارة أن هذا الموقع غير رسمي ولا يمت بصلة إلى وزارة الخارجية أو إلى أي بعثة دبلوماسية سورية، كما شددت على ضرورة عدم تداول ما يرد فيه من معلومات أو التعامل معه.

ويدعو المجلس أبناء الجالية السورية في كندا إلى عدم مشاركة أي معلومات شخصية أو وثائق رسمية أو بيانات حساسة عبر أي مواقع أو منصات غير معتمدة، حفاظًا على أمن المعلومات وحماية الخصوصية.

كما أفادت وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين بأنها تواصل العمل على استكمال الإجراءات الخاصة بإعادة افتتاح سفارة الجمهورية العربية السورية في أوتاوا، وسيتم الإعلان عن أي مستجدات بهذا الشأن عبر القنوات الرسمية فور صدورها.

ويؤكد المجلس الكندي السوري، انطلاقًا من تواصله المستمر والمباشر مع وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين، أنه سيواصل إطلاع أبناء الجالية السورية في كندا على أي مستجدات أو إعلانات رسمية تتعلق بالخدمات القنصلية أو بإعادة افتتاح السفارة، فور ورودها من الجهات المختصة.

ويدعو المجلس الجميع إلى تحري الدقة، وعدم تداول الشائعات أو الأخبار غير الموثقة، والاعتماد على المصادر الرسمية حفاظًا على مصلحة الجالية وصونًا لبياناتها.

The Canadian Syrian Board (CSB) has been monitoring information circulating about a website claiming to provide information or services related to the Syrian Consulate in Montreal.

Following direct communication with the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, the Ministry confirmed that this website is not an official platform and has no affiliation with the Ministry or any Syrian diplomatic mission. The Ministry also urged the public not to rely on or interact with such unofficial sources.

The Canadian Syrian Board advises members of the Syrian community in Canada not to share personal information, official documents, or sensitive data through unofficial websites or platforms.

The Ministry also confirmed that efforts are continuing toward the reopening of the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic in Ottawa, and any official updates will be announced through the appropriate official channels.

As part of its ongoing direct communication with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, the Canadian Syrian Board will continue to share verified official updates with the Syrian community in Canada as soon as they become available.

ما الذي تغيّر؟

-يمكن للكفيل الآن الاعتماد على أيٍّ من آخر سنتين ضريبيتين لتلبية الحد الأدنى لمتطلبات الدخل، بدلاً من الاقتصار على آخر سنة ضريبية فقط. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، وفي بعض الحالات، يمكن احتساب دخل الوالد أو الجد/الجدة الزائر لدعم الطلب.

Ce qui a changé :

-Le répondant peut désormais utiliser l’une des 2 années d’imposition les plus récentes pour satisfaire à l’exigence minimale de revenu, au lieu d’être limités uniquement à la dernière année fiscale. De plus, dans certains cas, le revenu du parent ou du grand-parent visiteur peut être pris en compte pour appuyer la demande.

-Le revenu combiné peut aider pour atteindre le revenu vital minimum.

-Assurance médicale de 100 000 $ requise Doit respecter les exigences de couverture approuvées par IRCC.

Canada Super Visa Update-(Effective March 31, 2026)

What changed:

-Sponsors may can rely on either of the 2 most recent taxation years to meet the minimum income requirement, instead of being limited to the last tax year only. In addition, in certain cases, the income of the visiting parent or grandparent may be considered to support the application.

-The combined income can help reach the minimum living income.

-$100,000 Medical Insurance Required Must meet IRCC-approved coverage requirements;

-Stay Up to 5 Years Per Visit.

عن قرار الهجرة الجديد بخصوص طلبات اللجوء، النقاط المفهومة حتى الان:
- القرار يتعلق بطلبات اللجوء المقدمة ابتداءً من ٣ حزيران ٢٠٢٥
- سيتم رفض الطلبات في حال كان التقديم بعد اكثر من سنة من أول دخول الى كندا إذا كان اول دخول بعد ٢٤ حزيران ٢٠٢٠
- اذا كان الدخول بري عن طريق الحدود الامريكية سيتم رفض الطلب اذا كان مقدم بعد اكثر من ١٤ يوم من الدخول.
- يوجد حلول يمكن اللجوء إليها لمنع الترحيل و استعادة الإقامة للمؤهلين.

À propos de la nouvelle loi en matière d’immigration concernant les demandes d’asile, voici les points compris jusqu’à présent :
-La décision concerne les demandes d’asile soumises à partir du 3 juin 2025.
-Les demandes seront refusées si elles sont déposées plus d’un an après la première entrée au Canada, lorsque cette première entrée a eu lieu après le 24 juin 2020.
-En cas d’entrée par voie terrestre via la frontière américaine, la demande sera refusée si elle est présentée plus de 14 jours après l’entrée.
-Il existe des solutions auxquelles il est possible de recourir afin d’empêcher l’expulsion et de rétablir le statut de résidence pour les personnes admissibles.
