The work and student permits for a family of three, with the principal applicant being a provincial nominee of Newfoundland, have been received after an eight-month waiting period. Despite the challenges encountered in securing a viable pathway to permanent residency for our clients in recent times, we successfully achieved this objective through diligent planning and expert guidance. We now look forward to obtaining them permanent resident status, an outcome we eagerly anticipate 🙂

Today, Corazon Siaton, my client from Edmonton, Alberta, came to my office to meet me in person to say her thanks for getting her approved first stage in a Humanitarian and Compassionate application, the last and only resort in her immigration situation. Now, she has an open work permit and is back in the workforce. Before, she was represented by other consultants and migration professionals and was refused more than ten times in various PR and temporary residency applications. We sat and talked about how we started with her applications and her struggles before she asked for our help, and realized that we were meant to connect with each other, so I can assist her in her situation. She was referred by another client who also had a difficult file and likewise succeeded in a PR application. I am grateful for the referrals of my successful clients, and hearing from them that I paved the way for their lives in Canada to get better!

The IRCC took 9 months to approve the applications of a family of four to extend their stay in Canada as workers and students, a decision that brings significant relief😊
