It’s been a busy few weeks. We got 6 listings to market in July and sold 3 while I was on Vacation. There is a solid constant in life if you are a Realtor. Go on Czvation and it gets busy!! . In our world it’s hard to turn off but I can tho knife places to be working We had all 6 listings prepped and ready before I left I have internet and a phone and a great view. We navigated a couple of closings. A buy, and numerous offers on our listings. Back to Toronto tomorrow after a few glorious weeks

The call of the north

It’s great having a retired husband who is handy. We continue to add our touches to home that has been in our family for generations. What started as a one room cabin has grown into a place where we laugh. Cry. Have faced tragedies together, but continues to feel like a warm hug (even through the struggles ) from our family that walked before us on this land. The hummingbirds channel my dad. The fish, is the call from my brother , the loon, My grandparents I thin about what we have accomplished the last three years here and my dad would be proud. My grandfather should be over the moon to see friends and family continue to come together and create not just this legacy for our children but to celebrate coming together and create more memories. I am always so grateful to be able to keep it going

A jug of Sangria. Some tears and a dream that started in 1949. This place is now hosting its fifth generation of our family in it beautiful arms. We are now the stewards of this piece of heaven. .

Escaping the smoke. Drove towards the fires to clear skies. 4 hour drive north Gorgeous. Firmed up a deal , got another listing out. Took a swim and then we had a two hour show A battalion of small water bombers showed up around 5 and we’re fighting a fire not far from us. The winds are in such a way that we are clear here. We are expecting smoke by later this afternoon though. Grateful to have this place. Praying it remains untouched by fire. The Gen X in me instantly thought of Red Dawn though when they started flying through. I was like. Uh oh. 😳
