Legal Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a foreign law degree, with prior experience in Pakistan or India, and a strong understanding of refugee and immigration processes in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with immigration applications, hearings, and appeals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare necessary documents.
• Stay up-to-date with Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Law degree from a recognized foreign institution, with a preference for those with experience in Pakistan or India.
• Knowledge of Canadian refugee and immigration processes.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with minority or persecuted groups is a plus.
