g war on my 1st Toronto home purchase in Leslieville, I was lured back into renting out part of my home. It was the best decision I ever made!! Now a 2 plus decade Toronto resident and with 26 years of experience under my belt, I have bought dozens of properties, many of which I still own and have over 25 rental doors with very happy tenants. I have personally managed several major renovation projects. I was a very active member with the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) which kept me up to date on all current Real Estate News, taught me how to successfully manage real estate as a business, and to this day still has an amazing network of RE experts to draw from. As of late 2009, I began consulting for first time home/investment buyers. I aid them in tasks such as; finding their investment, deciding on the best renovations and designs to maximize cash flow, space utilization and resale, managing quotes and contractors, as well as finding, screening and retaining high quality tenants. I also consult for veteran investors who wish to increase their cash flows and are open to modifying their current properties so they can obtain higher rents and/or higher resale values. I obtain great satisfaction from helping other investors achieve what I am, it’s one of the most gratifying aspects of my career. I am known by many of my peers as obtaining outstanding cash flows in a market where other investors struggle, as well as being able to maintain higher than average market rents along with exceptional tenants. I have been featured in several magazines such as the Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine, newspapers like the Globe and Mail and many informative TV shows and news stations. Lastly, I have had the pleasure of contributing to several best selling books. Speaking engagements have also been a passion! I absolutely love what I do, the people I’ve been fortunate enough to have met, worked with and rent(ed) to, and I absolutely love sharing my experiences!
