A great evening reconnecting with fellow University of Surrey Law School alumni at a recent Surrey event.

Always a pleasure catching up with the founder of ANKR LEGAL | Calgary Lawyers, a valued firm we work closely with on the West Coast of Canada. As fellow Surrey Law alumni, it was especially meaningful to reconnect over a shared foundation in legal education and the professional paths that have followed. Relationships like these make collaboration across Canada feel natural. Looking forward to foraging stronger ties with our colleagues out west and continuing to deliver excellent service across a new time zone.

Lakhan Tram LLP was honoured to join Inclusive Momentum and Enabled Talent as official Witnesses for the 2026 Guinness World Record attempt for the most amount of people across multiple venues simultaneously completing a tactile rubik’s cube. This incredible event took place at Brampton City Hall on July 11 and brought together members of the Brampton and Hong Kong communities for a truly inspiring cause.

The event showcased remarkable talent, determination, and perseverance as participants attempted to set a Guinness World Record by solving Rubik’s Cubes while blindfolded. More importantly, the challenge helped raise awareness and support for visual impaired persons, reminding us all that barriers can be overcome with resilience, opportunity, and community support.

As a local law firm serving families, businesses, and individuals throughout Mississauga, Brampton, and the surrounding GTA, we are proud to support initiatives that make a positive impact in our community. Seeing so many residents, volunteers, organizers, and supporters come together for such a meaningful cause was both inspiring and uplifting.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making this event a success. We are grateful to have been part of a day that celebrated inclusion, achievement, and the power of giving back.
