Everyone’s asking: should you buy now or wait?

Here’s what the data says - GTA prices are around $1,017,000, down about 7% from last year. But last month, sales ticked up by 0.9%. That’s a sign of stabilization.

The big drops are likely behind us. We’re closer to the bottom than the top.

And here’s the reality - you only know the bottom once prices start rising… and by then, you’ve already missed it.
