Prior to joining iPro Realty, Pramod was Principal Broker and President, Canadawide Mortgages Limited. His career has included positions in Canadawide Financial Corporation, RBC Royal Bank and Scotiabank, gaining extensive experience in commercial deal sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and monitoring for clients across a broad range of industries and sectors. Pramod has dealt with all major asset classes including land development, retail, office, industrial and multi-family. Pramod also provides consulting services to clients for commercial real estate transactions. Pramod has a joint MBA Degree in Finance & Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and Schulich School of Business at York University; a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Internal Audit & Management Control Systems from the University of Delhi. He holds professional designations of Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) titles, as well as memberships in Mortgage Professionals Canada, RECO, CREA, TRREB and the Canadian Commercial Network (CCN).
