Jennelyn Gagatiga is a highly skilled and experienced entrepreneur in the real estate industry. She holds a Pharmacy degree and an MBA degree and has worked in a Product and Market Research Developer role in an American Personal Care Company in the Philippines before moving to Canada in 2007. Jennelyn stumbled upon real estate investment accidentally in 2015 when she bought her second property, wh

ich led her to become an entrepreneur in the industry. Since then, she has owned over 85+ door portfolio properties across Canada and outside Canada, including SFH, student rentals, small units, and larger units with long-term, short-term, and mid-term rentals. She invests in cities and properties in various locations such as GTA, Golden Horseshoe, Southwestern, Northern Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Philippines. Jennelyn's experience in Market Research has been an advantage in finding great deals for her partners and identifying the next market for real estate investments. She believes that the three basic fundamentals of real estate are Population Growth, Job creation, and Infrastructure development. Jennelyn is the founder of the Real Estate Millionaire's Power Team and co-founder and source speaker at Canadian Pinoy Real Estate Investors CAPREI. She has been a source speaker at Ontario Landlord Watch Event and authored a chapter in the #1 International Best Seller Book Magnetic Entrepreneur titled "Personal Development - How to be a Supermom, It's crazy but it's possible." Her bio is included in the Guinness World Record Feb 2020 (Magnetic Entrepreneur World Renowned) together with 126 other successful entrepreneurs from around the world. Jennelyn is a community leader and supports women entrepreneurs. She hosts social and charity events and has been a co-host and active guest and content distributor in a non-profit Real Estate Organization Radio, TV, and On-Line Shows of All Things Real Estate. Jennelyn is working on her second book chapter titled "Supermom becomes Entrepreneur." Jennelyn is currently working with Right Home and Co, which assists investors in making their hard-earned money work for them by providing project opportunities and real estate education.
