In 2016, we launched our brand: The “HAUS” Team, helping hundreds of clients make amazing long-term decisions that are secure and prudent. Currently, we are grateful to have transacted more than 3000 deals for our sellers and buyers that have crossed paths with us, and have become friends along the way. Founded by Raymond & William Hau, the HAUS team started from humble beginnings, helping out with their father’s family restaurant. From an early age, William and Raymond watched their parents, learning the importance of hard work and providing quality customer service. Unfortunately, their parents had no choice but to sell the Family’s Chinese restaurant due to their dad's poor health. Sadly, 13 years ago, Robert Hau, William & Raymond's beloved dad passed away from Pancreas Cancer. This was the same year that Raymond made the decision to get licensed in real estate. Today, Raymond & William remain committed to continuing their father’s legacy of providing exceptional service to their customers, Just as their father did over his years in the restaurant business.
