🏡 May 2026 Market Update — London & St. Thomas Great news as we head into summer!

Home sales continue climbing month over month with 776 homes sold via LSTAR's MLS® — up 8.8% compared to May 2025, and 138 more homes sold than in April.

The average sale price rose to $662,292, up from $618,665 in April.

London South led the charge at $677,226 (up from $626,840), and London East rose to $476,844 (up from $450,793).
