As we move through the busy spring market in May, we’re continuing to see more inventory hit the market across London. Last week brought 291 new listings, up from 253 the week before. Firm sales also increased slightly, while conditional sales saw a noticeable jump, which could mean more firm deals are on the way in the coming weeks.

We’re also starting to see fixed mortgage rates trend upward as bond markets fluctuate. If you currently have a rate hold or pre approval in place, now’s a good time to check in with your mortgage advisor about your options before rates potentially rise further.
