Firm sales are also up to 94 from 78, while price reductions have decreased to 55 from 73. However, overall sales in London and St. Thomas are still down 20-40% compared to this time last year. Inventory levels continue to climb, and while the market remains balanced, higher price points and new construction are feeling more like a buyer’s market. With interest rates improving and an election on the horizon, there’s a lot to keep an eye on.
