In the past weekend London we saw 196 new listings, 96 conditionally sold, and 90 Solds. These numbers are up slightly from the past week's stats. Despite colder weather the past week the market seems to be slowly easing into the spring hustle. Now time to get my buddy gear and start training on the bike! Paris to Ancaster, here we come!

The weather is warming up and into double digits this week! 🌞 Sales seem to be picking up slightly this past week, with melting snow and buyers starting to come out of their basements. 😁 The spring market typically starts right around now, weather dependent. With warmer temps in the forecast, expect to see activity increase over the next few weeks.
This past week in London saw 210 new listings, 94 conditionally sold and 116 Solds. Prices climbed a bit from about $639,000 in January to $646,620 in February.
