Today’s Straight From The Bench conference, presented by the Middlesex Law Association was an excellent event filled with insightful and inspiring presentations. Kudos to the organizers for curating an excellent conference, and to the sponsors for their support! It was great to see so many colleagues and to present on recent amendments to the Rules with respect to the approval of infant settlements.

We are proud to recognize McKenzie Lake lawyer Sarah Kirshin-Neilans, who will be presenting today at the Straight from the Bench Conference hosted by the Middlesex Law Association.

Sarah's presentation will focus on recent changes to Rule 7 regarding the approval of settlements involving minors and individuals who lack decision-making capacity. The conference provides litigators with a valuable opportunity to engage directly with members of the judiciary and discuss important developments in legal procedure.
