At the DK Real Estate Group we are proud to call the Lloydminster, Alberta / Saskatchewan Market our home. This is where we started our company and have grown it to what it is today. We are passionate in supporting the community and are grateful for the clients that have supported us. Dave started the company in 2015, after retiring as a police officer from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He knew the area from the police standpoint, but was excited to learn even more from the real estate side. In 2021 Dave joined Exp Realty and the mentorship through that brokerage showed him how real estate was evolving. Not just in Canada, but around the world. The service area and the client needs grew. In 2022 his wife Jennifer joined him in the business and together the growth has been exponential through Alberta and Saskatchewan. Dave and Jennifer are not just business partners. They have been married for 19 years and have 2 teenage daughters that keep them busy, when they are not selling real estate. In 2023, Dave and Jennifer set their sights on another real estate market, and are looking forward to showcasing properties on the international stage. They are excited to serve the residents and snowbirds in the Orlando, Florida market. Operations are set to open in 2024. They are excited to grow their team of agents in Orlando, along with their team in Lloydminster. But they love shopping with their friends.
