I don’t just love chocolate chip cookies. I love them warm enough that I make one fresh every night instead of baking a whole batch.

So yes, I’m particular. If I’m this picky about a cookie, I’m definitely paying attention when you tell me exactly what you want in a house 😂

If you think that’s a little crazy, don’t worry… so does my husband 😂. The first time I turned on the oven to bake TWO cookies, he thought that was absolutely wild behaviour.

Realtors from outside of Listowel can absolutely help someone buy or sell here. But I still think there’s a real advantage to working with someone who knows the market because they’re actually in it every day.

I’m seeing the new listings as they come up, watching what sells and what sits, hearing what buyers are saying, and paying attention to what’s happening around town. There’s a lot you learn just from being immersed in the same market all the time.

Buyer’s remorse is real. And when you really love a house, it can be surprisingly easy to overlook something you said was important at the beginning of your search.

That’s one of the reasons I ask my buyers so many questions along the way. I’m keeping track of what matters to you, where you’re willing to compromise, and the things I know you might care a lot more about once you’re actually living there.

This home has held so many special memories for your family, from bringing your girls home, to raising them, making memories, and all the everyday moments in between. Funny how life has a way of bringing people back into each other’s lives.

We grew up together, went to public school together (Eastdale Eagles forever!), and somehow years later, I’m now helping them grow their real estate investment portfolio.

I couldn’t be happier for this investor and the portfolio they continue to build. It has been such a pleasure watching it grow and being trusted to be a part of the journey.

One of the things I love most about investment properties is that, at the end of the day, it comes down to the numbers. Does it make sense? Do the numbers work? And if they do, let’s make it happen!! I love being able to dig into those numbers, share my insights, talk through the possibilities (and maybe share a few funny real estate stories along the way 😉).
