I love that so many people here have known us for years. Ryan and I both grew up in Listowel, and now friends we grew up with are raising their kids here too.

People who knew us as kids ask how our boys are doing 💙

Meant to post this last week, but you know… life 😂

It’s a little delayed, but the message and takeaways are still very much the same.

There’s been a lot of talk about what the market is doing, so here’s a little look at what I’m seeing right here in North Perth.

In the 21 days prior to filming this video, we had 25 homes hit the market, 21 sell, and 10 of those sales were under $700K. So if you’re a first-time buyer, there are definitely opportunities out there right now.

Another big one for buyers: we’re seeing sale conditions being accepted again. If you have a house to sell before you can buy, that can make a HUGE difference in what’s possible for you.

And sellers, patience is a big one right now. Homes are taking longer to sell, so going into it with realistic expectations around price and timing is important.
