These are certainly challenging times while we deal with serious uncertainty. As a lawyer, I deal with crises every day. These are some tips which I have found to help clients through trying times.

Ask yourself if there is anything more you can do right now. If there is, do it. If not, remind yourself that you are doing all you can.

Acknowledge your feelings and allow yourself to “feel” them.

Take time for self-care.

Is there something fun you have always wanted to do or try? Art, music, fitness, cooking? This is the time to start it. There are lots of free resources on line.

Doing something for others can make us feel better.

Remember we are all in this together!
