Welcome to Grassroots Realty Group South, Neiomi! 🌱
Although Neiomi has already been a valued part of our team for the past year, we’re excited to officially welcome her as a REALTOR®!
Born in Southern Alberta, raised in the Cook Islands, and moving to New Zealand at just 18, Neiomi’s journey has taken her across the world. It was in New Zealand that she met her husband and built the family that means everything to her. Together, they have a very full, very loved family of seven.
In 2023, another chapter brought them back to Southern Alberta, where they put down roots in Cardston and made this community home. Neiomi comes to real estate with a background in hospitality and events, where she developed a genuine love for working with people, creating positive experiences, and making sure every detail is taken care of. Those same skills have become a natural part of the way she approaches real estate.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Neiomi spent a year working alongside Jodi Atwood, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and a behind-the-scenes look at the real estate business. That experience showed her just how much she enjoys helping people navigate the process, find the right home, and feel confident along the way.
Neiomi will continue working alongside Jodi as part of the Home Girl Team, bringing together the experience they’ve built and a shared commitment to taking care of their clients.
For Neiomi, real estate is about so much more than buying or selling a house. It’s about people, big life changes, new beginnings, and finding a place that feels like home.
