I am a licensed Realtor residing in Leduc but I provide real estate services to Edmonton and area. My passion for real estate started around 16 years old spending many hours on the MLS following housing trends and exploring different house ideas, floor plans and potential renovation ideas. After gaining experience in accounting, property management, condominium management and construction over the

years it finally felt like the right time to take the plunge and pursue a career as a real estate professional. Royal LePage Gateway Realty was the best fit that allows me to pursue my real estate career while staying in my home town of Leduc. I am excited to utilize my previous property/condominium management experience to provide clients with the most information as possible, especially with purchasing a condominium. I also work closely with my husband, Steve, on various construction projects through our general contracting business (Forthright Construction Ltd.). It has been exciting to grow both businesses simultaneously and provide home owners a full service experience from buying a home and completing renovations or selling a home and completing necessary renovations to achieve maximum return on investment. I am a licensed Realtor residing in Leduc but I provide real estate services to Edmonton and area. Prior to becoming a Realtor, my previous experience was in accounting, property management, condominium management and construction. It felt like a natural transition to take the plunge and pursue a career as a real estate professional. Since 2017 I have been a real estate agent at Royal LePage Gateway Realty and became licensed in Residential, Rural and Commercial Real Estate. My first full year in real estate resulted in achieving Master Sales in 2018. In 2019 I decided to further my education one more step and obtain my Real Estate Broker license to earn the title of Associate Broker at Royal LePage Gateway Realty. My previous property/condominium management experience, construction background and real estate education and experience allows me to provide clients with a larger scope of expertise.
