SEPTEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Fraser Valley sales were slightly lower than last year in September, while fewer new homes came onto the market. With prices continuing to soften, buyers may have more options to consider.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Sales were 4.2% lower year-over-year.
• There were 18.2% fewer homes listed than last September.
• The benchmark price for all home types was $861,300.

The Fraser Valley housing market continued to favour buyers in August, with 941 homes sold and the composite benchmark price declining 0.9%. As buyers take their time and sellers face increasing pressure, the dynamic is contributing to the gradual decline in home prices across the Fraser Valley.
