The court closures have been extended to Feb 4, 2022, due to Covid issues. If you have a trial during this time and are out of custody Rod will be adjourning your trial for several months. Trials for those who are in custody will proceed as long as there are no Covid outbreaks in the facility they are being held.

If you have an upcoming court date, please note that the courts are adjourning all matters over 10 weeks due to the covid 19 virus closures. Only in-custody matters are being addressed. Please do not go to the court house, they are not allowing anyone but lawyers, judges and court clerks into the buildings.

We would like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Please stay safe!! Our office will be closed beginning on Thursday, December 19 thru January 2, 2020. Rod will be in court on days during the holiday that the courthouse is open, but the office will be closed. See you all next year!

An update to our future... with great thanks for all of your support. Rod will only be accepting clients in Red Deer, Wetaskiwin, Ponoka, and Rimbey. He will finalize all of his files that are currently open and give ALL of his clients his best services. Again thank you for all of the referrals and great support.

Just a heads up for the next few weeks. With spring break around the corner and a few family commitments. March 11, 2019, the office will be closed. And the week of March 18-22, 2019, we will be closing the office at noon all week and closed on Friday the 22, 2019. Now, all we can do is dream of spring weather.

We have been up and running for 9 months and are excited to say things are going very well. Now we are fine-tuning and working at streamlining our business so that we can be more efficient. These are some of our changes. Our hours are Monday - Thursday 9-4 and Friday 9-12. We are closed at noon for lunch daily. Rod is now taking phone appointments on Monday and Wednesday evenings, and Saturday morning. Please call the office to book an appointment.
