Darren previously operated his own interior renovation business for 18 years. Throughout that time, he prioritized excellent customer service, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship and materials. Darren never cut corners and prided himself on upholding high industry standards—standards he also expected from his staff and subcontractors on every project. Further to this work, Darren also assisted many Landlords and Property Management companies in conducting maintenance inspections and reports and assisted in carrying out or facilitating such required repairs.

Darren began his journey at ADL as Office Manager while completing an accelerated paralegal program. Following his successful completion and licensing through the Law Society of Ontario, Darren became Co-Director and an additional licensee at ADL Paralegal Professional Corporation, where he now works full-time.

Darren’s construction background and commitment to high standards are valuable assets in his work at ADL. He applies these strengths to Small Claims Court matters, with a focus on contractor disputes.
