As I prepare my schedule for house showings for the next few days, I can't help but think about the differences between what buyers want vs what they need. One of the first things I tell buyers is to separate the two!!

Your needs are the non-negotiables — the things your home must have for your lifestyle and budget to work.

Your wants are the bonuses — the things that would be nice to have, but you could live without.
