Hiring a foreign worker? The rules have shifted.

Under the new 2026 rules, employers must download all resumes received under their Job Bank post on a daily basis. Failing to download resumes from the Job Bank for just 21 days can automatically suspend your ad and reset your entire recruitment timeline. Don’t let a simple oversight cost you months of progress.

✅ Updated 2026 processing times for all streams.

Competition Under the Express Entry System is 1:10!

As of March 2025, we have over 1.4 million work permits and over 600,000 student permits. Starting this spring, the temporary status was restricted to 82,000 for a new temporary status. Then, our Permanent Residency was set to 120,000 for Federal programs and the Provincial Nominee Program to 55,000.

If you are 32 years old or older without eligible Canadian work experience/education, and do not speak fluent English AND French, then you may not reach permanent residency in Canada within the next 3 years.

⚠️ Misrepresentation or Just Forgetfulness? Know the Difference.

“Misrepresentation” sounds serious—because it is. It happens when something you say on an immigration application turns out to be untrue, even if unintentionally.

It could be something small, like failing to update your LinkedIn profile with your current employment.
Or something from your past, like an old DUI you thought didn’t matter anymore.

❗ Having a misrepresentation on your record can bar you from returning to Canada for up to 5 years.
📌 If you’re unsure whether something needs to be disclosed, don’t guess. We're here to help you get it right the first time.
