We came to Jennifer’s Office to start the permanent resident process. We were both anxious as we felt our case was tricky and we weren’t expecting a positive response on whether it was possible. Jennifer reviewed our case and made it sound better then we had hoped as we had been very anxious about the governments’ response to our situation. Jennifer absolutely had expertise and although the case was quite tricky, she was very direct and to the point. She gave the likely outcomes and was very clear about what we would have to go through in the process.

The estimate that they gave us was lower than the final cost of what we paid but we weren’t expecting it to be cheap, there was a lot of extra work to be completed as our case wasn’t straight forward. Immigration also changed things right around the time we filed which made it more expensive. We also know this was unavoidable. However, the money we paid for the assistance was worth the value! If somebody was looking for representative that is very factual and without any fluff, to explain their case in very direct terms then Jennifer should be your first choice.
We are so grateful to Jennifer and all the team who were great. They were amazingly helpful and we were so happy to finally obtain permanent residency! A fair trade: muffins for excellence.
