When my client first purchased this home with me, she was a first-time homeowner. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of watching her family grow, with those little kids turning into little men right before my eyes. What started as a client relationship has grown into a friendship that I truly value.
Selling this home wasn’t without its challenges. We navigated a couple of offers before finding the right buyer, and my client made a significant investment in a brand-new roof to help prepare the property for sale. Through every twist and turn, she trusted me, trusted the process, and kept moving forward.

Some real estate transactions are about so much more than buying or selling a home. ❤️

Many years ago, I had the privilege of helping this wonderful client purchase her condo. And now, years later, I’ve had the honour of helping her sell it as she and her family move on to some exciting new beginnings.

It’s always bittersweet to close one chapter, but knowing that an even more exciting one is just beginning makes it so special. 🥰
