✨ A memorable evening for an important cause.

We were proud to attend the KGH Foundation’s 2026 Heart of Gold Gala on Saturday evening, held at the historic Old Tolko Mill site in downtown Kelowna.

The sold-out evening, themed “Behind the Curtain,” gave guests a closer look at the realities of emergency care at Kelowna General Hospital, while bringing the community together to support an important cause.

And the community showed up in a big way. ❤️

More than $1 million was raised for emergency care at KGH, including an incredible $500,000 matching gift from an anonymous donor. The final total reached $1,089,635.

The evening was made even more memorable by the incredible transformation of the Old Tolko Mill site, creating a one-of-a-kind setting for an event that is making a meaningful impact right here in our community.

Thank you to the KGH Foundation, the Heart of Gold committee, volunteers, donors and everyone who helped make such a special evening possible.
