Sometimes the hardest part of selling a home isn’t finding a buyer… it’s finding the right buyer. 🩵🏡
This home received four offers, and along the way we had two accepted offers. On paper, everything looked right. But sometimes, real estate isn’t just about contracts-it’s about people, timing, and trusting your instincts.
My sellers built this home with love, care, and years of beautiful memories. When the first accepted buyers decided not to move forward, we weren’t disappointed, we already had another accepted offer in place.
Even with the first accepted offer in place, I asked my clients to trust me, reopen the market, and hold another Open House. It wasn’t the easy choice-but it was the right one.
The Open House was packed, we received multiple backup offers, and today this special home has found owners who truly appreciate its craftsmanship and everything it represents.
This was one of the toughest transactions I’ve ever had, but it reminded me that the best results often come from having the courage to change direction and trust the process.
To my amazing sellers: thank you for putting your trust in me. Your confidence meant everything, and I’m so grateful I could deliver on the promises I made.
Congratulations on this beautiful new chapter, and congratulations to the lucky new homeowners. May this home bring you as much joy as it brought the family who built it. 🤍
