On this , we're excited to share that Kait Methot has been appointed Fulton’s Chief Operating Officer.

Since joining our team in 2020, Kait has played a pivotal role in shaping our culture, strengthening our operations, and supporting the growth of our people and organization. Her leadership in Human Resources and her contributions to initiatives focused on mental health, equity, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement have helped make our firm a stronger place to work and grow.

Beyond her formal role, Kait has been instrumental in the day-to-day operations of our firm, supporting teams across all offices and helping guide the many operational functions that keep our organization running efficiently. Her ability to balance strategic priorities with practical ex*****on, while always putting people first, has made her a trusted leader and valued partner throughout the company.

Alanda brings a diverse legal background spanning litigation, solicitor's work, and legal education. After many years practicing in Alberta, she was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2024 and is thrilled to bring her experience back to northern British Columbia to serve clients from our Prince George office.

Alanda's practice focuses on commercial financing, commercial real estate, corporate transactions, as well as wills and estate planning, with a particular interest in disability planning and rural property matters. Known for her calm and approachable presence, Alanda is committed to helping clients feel informed and confident when navigating important legal decisions.

Alanda earned her Juris Doctor from Western University in 2012, a Master of Arts from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2006. In addition to her legal practice, she has a passion for teaching and mentoring, currently serving as a Professor of Business Law at the University of Northern British Columbia. Her commitment to helping others learn, grow, and move forward with confidence is evident in both her professional and community involvement.

Prior to joining Fulton, Camden practiced at a large regional firm in Ontario, was called to the bar in 2024, and now is called to the BC bar. Camden earned a Juris Doctor from Queen's University in 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts from St Thomas University in 2019, with Honours.

With a focus on general litigation, Camden is excited to bring his experience, curiosity, and client-centered approach to our team. Camden is known around the office for his calm demeanor, thoughtful perspective, and genuine empathy. He takes the time to understand the people behind each legal matter, building meaningful client relationships and contributing to a supportive, collaborative workplace.
