A beautiful weekend volunteering at Kamloops 7’s🏉☀️Watched a lot of incredible athletes compete this weekend and caught up with some good friends.🥰
The 2026 Kamloops 7s took place on September 19–20, 2026, at McArthur Island Park in Kamloops, British Columbia. As Canada’s largest youth rugby 7s tournament, the event brought together over 120 teams across U14, U16, and U18 divisions.
