Your listings deserve better, let us handle the details 🌟

Small errors add up fast on a renovation. If your plan is off by just 1/8″ per foot, a 20-foot run becomes a 2.5-inch discrepancy by the end—enough to throw off cabinet runs, door locations, and tile layouts. Always carry precision through to the final dimension, then round only where it truly won’t impact fit. Save this for your next site check, and share it with a teammate who’s fighting fit-up issues.

Not all our floor plans are brightly coloured! In the case of these technical floor plans, it's best to highlight the important information. For this project, our Vancouver team provided the technical plans for a restaurant in Surrey, BC!

Hey everyone! Meet Kelly, owner of Proper Measure - Ontario West.

Born and raised in South Western Ontario, Kelly considers himself a true Ontarian. During the winter months Kelly can be found out snowmobiling with his 3 kids or watching them play hockey & ringette at the local arenas. In the summer months Kelly enjoys spending time at the ballpark. Kelly was introduced to Proper Measure through a local real estate contact and after doing some research he quickly realized that there was serious void in the market when it came to top notch real estate marketing material. Kelly’s strong background in the construction industry coupled with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology, makes him an excellent fit with the Proper Measure Team. He is excited to bring Proper Measures vibrant floor plans and Matterport 3D Tour technology to the Western Ontario region.
