The numbers are in and you can see that number of sales is on the rise as to be expected for this time of year. The Average Days on Market is higher and average sale price is down for Wellington North compared to last month. The average sale price for Guelph/Eramosa is down and, on the contrary, it is up significantly for West Grey.
