I've completed a Certificate in Consent, Capacity and Substitute Decision-Making, with a focus on elder law issues in Ontario.

These are often deeply personal and sometimes difficult issues for families to navigate. My goal is to provide clear, thoughtful legal guidance when questions arise about capacity, consent, powers of Attorney, and substitute decision-making.
