Today I wore a few different hats.

🪠 Fixed a plumbing issue.
🏢 Met with a client to plan a brand-new shared workspace.
🌿 Watered my little garden.
🌅 Ended the day working by the water with a drink Water Polo .

That’s entrepreneurship.

Some days I’m a consultant. Some days I’m maintenance. Some days I’m dreaming up spaces where other entrepreneurs can build their businesses.

I’ve always admired the “boss babes” who seem to have it all together. The polished blazers, perfect branding, packed calendars, and all the right connections. For a long time, I thought that’s who I had to become to be considered “successful”.
After 20 years in business, I’ve realized… that’s just not me.

Yes, there are seasons that require hustle, but I’ve found the best work comes from aligned action, not constant struggles and performances.

I’ve learned that rest is productive. When we calm our nervous system, we make better decisions, find better ideas, and notice the quiet opportunities that were there all along.

I’ve accomplished more in a hoodie than I ever did in heels and most of my best business decisions have been made walking by the ocean, not sitting at a desk.

Success doesn’t have to look like perfection.
