Summer isn’t over yet... but somehow it’s already back-to-school time! Time flys!!

I am fortunate to say that this summer has been a really good one!

Lots of time spent with family, the kids, friends, making memories and actually enjoying the summer :D… but behind the scenes, it’s also been a very busy few months in real estate!!!

I’ll be the first to admit, I don’t post every single home l sell, every buyer I help, or every lease that comes together. Social media can be scary... and not my go to...
I’m an “in person” person...ya know?!! BUT I’m working on changing that... lol - see I’m posting today 😳

Anyways..:) looking back over the last few months, I realized there are so many exciting moments I never shared!!

So, with the kids heading back to school and summer starting to wind down, I wanted to take a minute to celebrate and congratulate some pretty amazing clients.

🎉From buying new homes and selling existing ones to starting new chapters or finding the perfect place to lease, I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted me to be part of such a big moment in their lives!!!

It’s been a summer full of family, fun, work, new beginnings and a whole lot of real estate🏡

Feeling incredibly proud to have been part of the very first Guelph Q***r Service Provider Fair! 🏳️‍🌈❤️

Dionne, Tara and I were there representing Prism Advisory Collective, where we help people navigate home and wealth through real estate, mortgages and investments , but one of my favourite parts of the day was getting to meet so many other wonderful people, businesses and service providers in our q***r community. Events like this are SO important!!

Having a space where members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community can connect with professionals, businesses and resources where they know they’ll be welcomed and supported is something I’m really passionate about. Seeing just how many amazing q***r and q***r-friendly service providers we have right here in our community was pretty incredible.

A huge thank you to ***rNightOut_Guelph for creating and organizing this event 🥰 especially for taking the leap and making the first one happen! We were so happy to be a part of it and I can’t wait to see it continue to grow. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Such a great day with an amazing bunch of people! We spent the day at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington making the space a bit brighter with a fresh coat of paint and some extra hands to make it squeaky clean!!
