Part-Time Real Estate Assistant
📍 Location: Grande Prairie, AB
⏳ Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, with potential for additional hours as needed)
Are you organized, personable, and eager to get a behind-the-scenes look at the real estate industry? I’m looking for a dedicated Part-Time Assistant to help keep my real estate business running smoothly!
Responsibilities:
✅ Manage paperwork and administrative tasks
✅ Run errands such as installing lawn signs and lockboxes
✅ Assist with staging homes for showings
✅ Help create and manage social media content
✅ Manage incoming leads and client communications
✅ Assist with scheduling and coordination
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Personable and professional with great communication skills
✔ Comfortable working on a computer and managing social media
✔ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
✔ A team player who takes initiative
✔ Passionate about helping people and interested in the world of real estate
🚗 Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
