At REMAX East Coast Elite, we set goals every quarter. Not hopes. Not wishes. Real goals and when our REALTORS® hit those targets, we celebrate them the way they deserve to be celebrated.

Today we gathered at The Palate for our Elite Champions Lunch and I couldn’t be prouder of this group. Seeing so many of our agents qualify says a lot about the culture we’ve built together. It’s about showing up every day, putting clients first, helping one another and staying accountable.

One of my favourite parts of these lunches isn’t just the great food, it’s the conversations around the table. Ideas are shared, successes are celebrated and everyone leaves a little better than when they arrived.

Congratulations to every one of our Elite Champions. You’ve earned your seat at the table and I can’t wait to see how many more join us next quarter. For the ones that couldn’t make it today, we missed you.

This week the REMAX Spikers traded lockboxes for volleyballs as we took part in the REALTOR® Care Volleyball Tournament.

It took us a little while to find our rhythm but just like in real estate, once everyone started working together, things came together. That said, I think we’ll stick to selling homes. We’re definitely better at real estate than volleyball and we’re perfectly OK with that. 😄

What stood out most wasn’t who won or lost! It was seeing REALTORS® from different companies put the competition aside(to some degree), come together for a great cause and remind everyone that our industry is strongest when we collaborate. At the end of the day, we may compete in business but we’re all part of the same profession and the same communities we proudly serve.

A huge thank you to Chris Turner for spearheading such a fantastic event. It was a great day filled with laughs, teamwork and giving back.
