We are hired many times per day to handle family law disputes. One of the fastest growing areas of disagreement between separated parents is decision-making responsibility for their children. Who gets to decide major decisions like language, education, medical? If parents don’t agree, a Judge can decide how decision-making responsibility will be designated.

We recently appeared in Court for one of our dads who wanted final decision-making responsibility regarding his children’s education. We were successful in getting it for him too. He was quite happy and relieved 🫶🙏🏻

THE AUTUMN TABLE at the Rossmount Inn

As part of Indulge New Brunswick Food & W**e Festival, the Rossmount presents an intimate autumn dining experience for a limited number of guests.

Over the course of seven thoughtfully composed courses, the Rossmount kitchen will showcase the season through a Trust the Chef tasting menu inspired by the ingredients, flavours and character of New Brunswick.

Created as a celebration of season, place and hospitality, The Autumn Table is an evening designed to be experienced slowly, with each course reflecting the creativity of the kitchen and the richness of the region.

The evening will also give back to the community, with support directed to local food banks and the important work they do throughout our region.
